Isn’t “natural Las Vegas” an oxymoron? You might be surprised how attentive this high-rolling neon city is to conservation. Annual rainfall averages slightly more than four inches, so those who don’t manage their resources, especially water, are far too short-sighted to succeed. Finding a natural hotel or vegetarian fare is more like a hard eight than a lucky seven, but it’s possible.
