Once an outdated, energy-guzzling 1948 rambler, the Sustainable House built by Live Green, Live Smart just outside of Minneapolis is the first remodeled house to receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
